Episcopal Collegiate School Participants
The Curbside Couture
Fashion Show consists of garments created from up-cycled or recycled materials
to create fun and beautiful fashion. You will be able to view 30-40 different
dresses by art students, professional designers, and artists on the runway. In addition our Middle School Art Club,
assisted by Anna Wingfield the Middle School art specialist, will be selling
handmade accessories at the fashion bazaar following the runway show. All proceeds will be donated to help the
homeless children summer school program.
Joy Schultz, Art Specialist assisted
the students in creating seven original dresses.

fashion. Invite friends and family for
this very special show.

Special Speaker October 1 in Chapel
Korto Momolu, a Little Rock Fashion Designer, well known for being on two seasons of Project Runway, will be speaking to the student body about fashion design and a very special fashion show, Curbside Couture, here in Little Rock that involves a few of our students at Episcopal Collegiate School. October 1, 2012 at 9:50 a.m.

exciting event is free and it a fun event in front of the Clinton Presidential
Library from 8:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
We will
create a chalk design based on a theme we would like to explore. The chalk drawing will take almost the entire
time to complete so arrive at 8:30 a.m.
Our school
will be placed in a drawing to win a $250.00 Gift Card from Blick Arts.
We can tour
the Presidential Library exhibit for FREE with your school I.D.

The Orchestra is ready for our opening Middle School/Upper School Chapel performance: Wednesday, September 26, 9:45, followed by our Lower School Chapel performance at 10:45. The program will feature 'Bran Castle' by William Owens, selections from 'Harry Potter' and a solo piano piece peformed by senior Conley Hurst.

Announcement!
The middle school and upper school theatre program at Episcopal Collegiate School is pleased to announce the fall, 2012 production: William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream! Over 30 students will be involved in this production, both on stage and back stage, from every grade in the middle and upper schools.
The play will perform at 7:00pm on November 8, 9, and 10 in the auditorium. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults.
